Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

When booking an appoinment at Lash & Beauty BY MIKA, a block of time and staff member is set aside for you. Our appointments genrally take 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on the treatment.

If you cancel with late notice or simply do not show up at all, it impacts Lash & Beauty significantly as we then have a large, empty gap that often can't be filled on short notice, wages and the general running of the salon still need to be paid. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel or re-schedule your appointment.

In order to secure your appointment, we require a $50 deposit. (depending which service you are booking for).

The deposit will need to be paid in the salon or via credit card over the phone and held against your booking as a credit towards that appointment.

Clients who provide less than 48 hours notice are welcome to send someone else in their place to have the booked service to aoid losing their deposit. However if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled that deposit is not refunded and a new deposit is required for the next appointment.

Booking an appointment is acknowledgement of this cancellation policy.
